Refund Policy

At Regal Island Tours, we aim to provide flexibility and transparency to our customers.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellations made 45 days before departure are eligible for a full refund, minus service fees.

Cancellations made 20–44 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 20 days before departure are non-refundable.

In case of flight delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines/hotels, refunds will be processed according to the supplier’s policy.

Refunds (if applicable) will be credited within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
